This program “Bootycamp” was designed with the purpose to help you build and strengthen your overall physique. This program will tighten those flabby areas all while shredding some of that stubborn fat we carry.


I’ve been testing this program with not only myself but also with all of my clients. When you complete this program, you will be able to continue your journey to a healthier and happier version of yourself.


In this program machines were used only to a minimum. The focus here was to be able to use free weights, such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, slam balls, etc.
