Joining Fierce Curves Fitness BootyCamp classes is a great way to jump-start your fitness journey in a fun and exciting way! Our BootyCamp classes are high-intensity, circuit style workouts that are designed to build overall body strength and stamina, but at the same time are tailored specifically to a woman’s body. We put extra emphasis on the exercises that will help you build and tone the muscles in the glutes and legs and help shed body fat to help you accentuate your natural curves to build a strong feminine body.
